Kenneth Sexton joined Schuster Jachetti in 2008 as Of Counsel. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in areas of government, civil and criminal law. Mr. Sexton places a heavy concentration on personal injury and criminal defense work. Mr. Sexton also has his own law firm where his practice is focused primarily on litigation. He is an Assistant Solicitor for Delaware County representing county agencies which involves complex and unique trial work.
Previously, Mr. Sexton was president of Foulke Associates, Inc., a multi-million dollar security company where he employed over 750 employees throughout the eastern United States. In 2002 the company was acquired by American Commercial Security Service, a division of ABM Industries. As a shareholder, Mr. Sexton was intimately involved in every step of the acquisition process gaining valuable insight and experience.
Mr. Sexton has been a life-long resident of Delaware County. He serves on the Springfield Township Civil Service Commission where he is involved in the testing and selection process for police officers. He and received his B.A. from Widener University and J.D. from Widener University School of Law. He is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Sexton is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Bar and the Eastern District of the United States District Court.
