Assistant Public Defender: This experience has included handling every kind of Felony and Misdemeanor case from DUI to Death Penalty Cases. I have also been responsible for handling and any all Juvenile cases, Contempt cases, Mental Health Procedural cases; as well as, arguing Appellate cases before The Pennsylvania Superior Court. I have daily taught attorneys trial skills, supervised attorney’s work product, and overall daily mentoring to a total of sixteen (16) Staff Trial Attorneys during their years of service with me in The Defender’s Office, while appearing on a daily basis over my years in Court before a total of forty-one (41) Judges [twenty-one (21) of them on a full time annual assignment basis]. - 24 Years of Public Service as a full time Trial Attorney in the Delaware County Defender’s Office, appearing on a regular basis before over 21 Judges of that Court, supervising over 10 years, training over 16 attorneys for future Public Service, and pioneering the way in Video Court in 2006.
- Elected 4 times to 16 years of Public Service as an Upper Darby School Board Director, currently serving on The Budget and Finance Committee; as well as, Policy, Personnel and Transportation in the past.
